Returns

Defective or Damaged Items

 If the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error in printing, customers should contact hello@lgcy.studio with photos of the item and the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Sent

If a different item or wrong design was shipped, a full refund or exchange will be processed.

Non-Damaged Products

Returns for reasons such as "I changed my mind" or "I no longer want the item" are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and the item must be in condition in which it arrived.

Exchanges

Exchanges for Defects

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error in printing, customers should contact hello@lgcy.studio with photos of the item and the issue within 7 days of delivery. 

Size Issues

 We allow exchanges for a different size if the wrong size was ordered by the customer, though this may not always be possible. Shipping fees for the exchange might apply.

Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are usually only granted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Process

Once the return request is approved and the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, a full refund may be issued. The amount refunded will depend on the specific company's policies, but usually includes the cost of the item and any shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Orders

Custom products, personalized items, or products that were delivered as ordered are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be processed within 7-14 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchange Shipping

In cases of defective or incorrect orders, LGCY Studio will cover the return and reshipping costs. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Reach out to the company’s support team via email at hello@lgcy.studio. Provide order details, pictures of the product (if applicable), and the reason for return or exchange.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
